Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 15, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of drovum.com, the Delivery Intelligence Suite (“DIS”), and related services provided by Drovum (“Drovum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting drovum.com, purchasing a DIS subscription, accessing a DIS workbook, or otherwise using DIS, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy published on drovum.com.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, access, or use DIS.

1. Delivery Intelligence Suite

Delivery Intelligence Suite is a subscription-based business-intelligence service designed primarily for independent delivery professionals.

DIS may provide tools and reports relating to areas such as:

  • Earnings

  • Mileage

  • Operating costs

  • Profitability

  • Active time and utilization

  • Shift and platform performance

  • Tax-reserve estimates

  • Goals and projections

  • Weekly, monthly, and annual summaries

  • Data-quality analysis

  • Performance trends

DIS is currently delivered through a private, hosted Google Sheets workbook and supporting systems operated or administered by Drovum.

Features, calculations, reports, layouts, integrations, and service methods may change as DIS is improved or updated.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use DIS.

DIS is intended for adults who perform, manage, track, or evaluate independent delivery work.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of DIS complies with laws, contractual obligations, and platform rules applicable to you.

3. Subscription Plans

Access to DIS requires an active paid subscription unless Drovum expressly provides temporary, promotional, trial, or complimentary access.

Available subscription plans, prices, billing intervals, promotional offers, and included features are displayed on drovum.com or during checkout.

Prices may change for future purchases or renewal periods. Any applicable price presented and accepted during checkout governs that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Promotional discounts or coupon codes may:

  • Be limited to particular plans

  • Apply only to an initial payment

  • Have expiration dates

  • Be limited to particular users or marketing channels

  • Be modified or discontinued for future purchases

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers do not create a right to future discounts.

4. Recurring Billing and Renewals

Monthly and annual subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing terms presented at checkout.

By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your purchase for future renewal payments until the subscription is canceled or otherwise terminated.

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

A failed, reversed, disputed, or incomplete payment may result in delayed provisioning, suspension, or termination of access.

5. Google Account Requirement

Access to a subscriber DIS workbook requires an approved Google account.

You are responsible for providing an accurate Google account email address that you control.

Drovum may require verification of the Google account before access is granted.

DIS access is intended for the approved subscriber and approved Google account associated with the subscription.

Providing an incorrect, inaccessible, or unauthorized Google account may delay provisioning.

6. Provisioning and Access

After a qualifying subscription is confirmed and required information is verified, Drovum may provision a private DIS workbook and grant access to the approved Google account.

Provisioning is not necessarily instantaneous.

Your access remains subject to:

  • An active subscription or valid paid-through period

  • Compliance with these Terms

  • Google Drive and Google Sheets availability

  • Technical and security requirements

  • Payment status

  • Licensing controls

Drovum may modify permissions, suspend access, remove access, or replace a workbook when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, licensing, technical support, subscription administration, or enforcement of these Terms.

7. Licensed Access and DIS Workbook Ownership

Your DIS subscription provides a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use DIS for your personal or internal business purposes during the applicable subscription period.

DIS is licensed, not sold.

Drovum retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the DIS product and related intellectual property, including:

  • DIS workbook structure and design

  • Templates

  • Proprietary formulas

  • Calculation methods and logic

  • Private Apps Script code

  • Private calculation systems

  • Dashboards

  • Reports

  • Data-quality systems

  • Administrative systems

  • Licensing systems

  • Documentation

  • Graphics and branding

  • Product architecture

  • Updates and improvements

Access to a DIS workbook does not transfer ownership of the workbook or underlying intellectual property to the subscriber.

8. Subscriber Data

You retain your rights in the original delivery-work information you enter into DIS.

This may include information such as earnings, mileage, shifts, hours, expenses, active time, orders, vehicles, platforms, and goals.

By entering data into DIS, you authorize Drovum to process that information as reasonably necessary to operate the service, perform calculations, produce reports, provide support, maintain security, and administer your subscription.

Your use of subscriber-entered information is also governed by the Drovum Privacy Policy.

9. Data Accuracy

DIS depends on information entered by the subscriber.

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information you enter.

Incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent, or missing data may produce inaccurate:

  • Reports

  • Calculations

  • Profit estimates

  • Tax-reserve estimates

  • Performance metrics

  • Projections

  • Goal calculations

Drovum is not responsible for incorrect results caused by inaccurate or incomplete subscriber-entered data.

10. Permitted Use

You may use DIS for legitimate personal or internal business purposes associated with analyzing or managing your own delivery activity.

Your subscription does not authorize you to operate DIS as a service for unrelated third parties unless Drovum expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not, without written authorization from Drovum:

  • Share your DIS workbook with unauthorized persons

  • Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute DIS

  • Reverse engineer proprietary calculations or protected systems

  • Remove ownership, licensing, copyright, or attribution notices

  • Provide unauthorized access to another person

  • Use DIS to develop or assist in developing a substantially copied competing product

  • Attempt to interfere with DIS systems, automations, permissions, or security controls

  • Use the service for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or malicious purposes

Drovum may suspend or terminate access when it reasonably believes misuse or unauthorized access has occurred.

12. Reports, Estimates, and Projections

DIS provides analytical tools and estimates based on information entered by subscribers and calculations performed by the system.

Results may include:

  • Profit estimates

  • Expense estimates

  • Earnings projections

  • Tax-reserve estimates

  • Goal projections

  • Performance metrics

  • Efficiency calculations

  • Future earnings estimates

These outputs are informational tools and are not guarantees of future results.

Actual earnings, costs, taxes, profitability, and performance may differ.

13. No Financial, Tax, Legal, or Accounting Advice

DIS is a business-intelligence and performance-tracking product.

Nothing provided through DIS or drovum.com constitutes individualized:

  • Legal advice

  • Tax advice

  • Accounting advice

  • Financial advice

  • Investment advice

Tax-reserve calculations and similar figures are estimates intended for planning purposes.

Subscribers remain responsible for determining their actual tax, legal, accounting, and financial obligations and should consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

14. No Earnings Guarantee

Drovum does not guarantee that use of DIS will:

  • Increase earnings

  • Increase profitability

  • Reduce expenses

  • Generate a particular amount of income

  • Improve delivery-platform offers

  • Produce a particular business outcome

DIS is designed to help subscribers organize information and make more informed business decisions.

Individual results depend on numerous factors outside Drovum’s control.

15. Third-Party Delivery Platforms

DIS may allow subscribers to record or analyze work performed through third-party platforms or businesses.

References to third-party companies, apps, trademarks, or services are for identification and analytical purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Drovum and DIS are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by any third-party delivery platform.

All third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

Drovum is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms to their:

  • Google Sheets

  • Google Apps Script

  • Google account services

  • Wix website hosting

  • Wix Pricing Plans

  • Wix forms

  • Wix payments or connected payment providers

  • Wix automations

Use of those services may also be subject to the respective provider’s terms and privacy policies.

Drovum does not control the availability or operation of third-party infrastructure.

17. Service Availability

Drovum seeks to maintain reliable DIS service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Temporary service interruption may occur because of:

  • Maintenance

  • Software updates

  • Google or Wix outages

  • Internet failures

  • Authentication problems

  • Security measures

  • Third-party service interruptions

  • Technical errors

  • Events outside Drovum’s reasonable control

Temporary interruptions do not automatically entitle subscribers to refunds except where required by law or expressly provided under the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Updates may include changes to:

  • Workbook layouts

  • Troubleshooting

  • Support

  • Security

  • Licensing enforcement

  • Data export requests

  • Archiving

Eligible exports may include original operational data such as:

  • Dates

  • Platforms

  • Vehicles

  • Shifts

  • Hours

  • Active time

  • Orders

  • Gross revenue

  • Mileage

Exports generally do not include Drovum proprietary intellectual property such as formulas, Apps Script code, calculation logic, protected dashboards, licensing systems, administrative records, security logs, or product architecture.

21. Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel a DIS subscription according to the cancellation methods made available through Wix or drovum.com.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, voluntary cancellation prevents future renewal and becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period.

Access may normally continue through the paid-through date.

The Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this Terms & Policies page is incorporated into these Terms.

22. Refunds

Subscription payments are subject to Drovum’s Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Except where required by law or expressly approved by Drovum, payments are generally non-refundable after the applicable paid subscription period has begun.

A full refund, chargeback, payment reversal, or similar transaction may result in immediate termination of DIS access.

23. Suspension or Termination

Drovum may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of:

  • Subscription expiration

  • Payment failure

  • Chargeback or payment reversal

  • Fraud or suspected fraud

  • Unauthorized account sharing

  • Security concerns

  • Abuse or misuse

  • Attempts to circumvent licensing controls

  • Intellectual-property violations

  • Material violation of these Terms

Where appropriate, Drovum may investigate suspected violations before taking final action.

24. Effects of Termination

When licensed access ends:

  • Google Drive access to the DIS workbook may be removed

  • The DIS workbook may be moved to a private archive

  • Automated processing and refreshes may stop

  • Subscriber access to DIS reports may end

  • Data may later be deleted according to Drovum’s retention practices

Subscribers should request any eligible data export before access ends.

25. Intellectual Property

All Drovum and DIS intellectual property is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No provision of these Terms grants subscribers ownership of any Drovum trademark, copyright, software, formula, calculation system, workbook design, documentation, branding, or other intellectual property.

“Drovum,” “Delivery Intelligence Suite,” “DIS,” associated logos, graphics, product names, designs, and other branding may be used only as permitted by Drovum or applicable law.

26. Feedback and Suggestions

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, comments, or feedback regarding DIS, you grant Drovum permission to use that feedback to develop, improve, modify, or market its products and services without obligation to compensate you, provided that doing so does not transfer ownership of your subscriber-entered personal data to Drovum.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DIS and drovum.com are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Drovum does not warrant that:

  • DIS will always be uninterrupted

  • DIS will be error-free

  • Every calculation will meet every subscriber’s individual needs

  • Third-party services will remain available

  • Use of DIS will produce any specific financial or business outcome

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Drovum will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use DIS.

  • Subscriber data-entry errors

  • Third-party outages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drovum’s total liability arising from a DIS subscription will not exceed the amount paid by the subscriber to Drovum for DIS during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so some provisions may not apply to you.

29. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Drovum harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your:

  • Unlawful use of DIS

  • Material violation of these Terms

  • Unauthorized distribution or sharing of DIS

  • Infringement of third-party rights

  • Fraudulent or malicious conduct

This provision does not require indemnification where prohibited by applicable law.

30. Privacy

Your use of drovum.com and DIS is subject to the Drovum Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information and subscriber data may be collected, processed, maintained, protected, and disclosed.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

31. Governing Law

Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute not otherwise resolved between the parties may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits legal rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

32. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any invalid provision should be interpreted or limited as closely as legally possible to accomplish its intended purpose.

33. No Waiver

A failure by Drovum to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

34. Assignment

Subscribers may not transfer or assign their DIS subscription, license, or rights under these Terms without Drovum’s written permission.

Drovum may transfer or assign its rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

35. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Subscription terms presented at checkout

  • Any other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms

constitute the agreement governing your use of DIS, except where a separate written agreement signed by Drovum applies.

Drovum may update these Terms to reflect:

  • Product changes

  • New features

  • Changes to billing or subscription administration

  • Security requirements

  • Changes to third-party services

  • Business changes

  • Legal or regulatory developments

The current version will be posted on drovum.com with an updated revision date.

Where required by applicable law, Drovum will provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use of DIS after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last Updated: September 15, 2026

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to subscriptions for the Delivery Intelligence Suite (“DIS”), provided by Drovum through drovum.com.

Subscription Cancellation

DIS subscriptions may be canceled at any time.

A voluntary cancellation takes effect at the end of the subscriber’s current paid billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally terminate access immediately.

Subscribers may continue using their licensed DIS workbook through the applicable paid-through date unless access is suspended or terminated earlier because of a refund, chargeback, fraud, misuse, security concern, or material violation of Drovum’s Terms or policies.

After the paid subscription period ends, licensed access to the DIS workbook may be removed.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew according to the billing schedule shown at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal.

Canceling a monthly subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily provide a refund for the current paid month.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed for the full annual subscription period shown at checkout.

Canceling an annual subscription prevents renewal for another annual term but does not ordinarily provide a prorated refund for unused portions of the current paid annual period.

Licensed DIS access normally remains available through the applicable paid-through date.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable paid subscription period has begun.

Drovum may, at its discretion, review refund requests involving circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Incorrect billing

  • Technical or provisioning failures attributable to Drovum

  • Other exceptional circumstances determined by Drovum

Approval of a refund in one situation does not create an obligation to provide refunds in similar future situations.

Refund Effect on Access

If Drovum issues a full refund for a subscription payment, access to the associated DIS workbook may end when the refund is processed.

A partial refund, billing adjustment, chargeback, or payment reversal may also affect subscription status and continued access.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Subscribers are encouraged to contact Drovum through the contact methods available on drovum.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that billing concerns can be reviewed.

A chargeback, reversed payment, or unresolved payment dispute may result in suspension or termination of DIS access while the matter is investigated.

How to Cancel or Request a Refund

Subscribers may manage available cancellation options through the applicable Wix subscription or account interface.

Refund or billing questions may also be submitted through the contact form available on drovum.com.

Changes to This Policy

Drovum may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy to reflect changes to DIS, billing practices, payment-provider requirements, business operations, or applicable law.

The current version will be posted on drovum.com with an updated revision date.
